International Shipping

Missing or Damaged Items
If items are missing or your order arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number, photos of the outer packaging (if damaged), a photo of the packing slip (for missing items), and a brief description.
Packaging Damage (Item OK)
We pack carefully. If packaging is damaged in transit but the product is fully functional, it isn’t eligible for a replacement or refund. Contact us if you have concerns.
Delivered but Not Received
If tracking shows “Delivered” but you didn’t receive the package, please file a claim with the carrier. Share the carrier’s proof of loss or claim confirmation with us. Claims for packages marked “Delivered” are not eligible after 7 days from the delivery date.
Order Changes or Cancellation
We process orders fast, sometimes within hours. We can’t guarantee changes once placed. If you need to modify or cancel, contact us immediately. We’ll help if the order hasn’t shipped. Please double-check your details before checkout.
